2012 Weekly Writing Challenge.

Each week I will keep tack of my writing progress. How many words I write and/or chapters I write or revise.  How many blog post, or journal entries I write.  Even how many times I connect with my muse.  I usually write to my muse when I’m having doubts. She does a good job of keeping me on track. (More on that later.)  Check on my progress from time to time, and compare how you are doing.

So we start at the beginning.
Week of Jan 1- 7.  Blog post Jan 1, 727 words.  Getting ready to move so I’m spending more time on that than writing.   Wrote two journal entries.  Blog post Jan 4, 383 words.

Week of Jan 8 – 14.   Blog post 540 words.  Read Chapter 3 of my manuscript in the critiquing group.  Looked over the notations of the critique and will do revisions in a few days.  Wrote only one journal entry.  Threw out a bunch of my stuff in preparation of the move.

Over the past few weeks I haven't done anything regarding writing in my manuscripts or the blog.  It was a very difficult move.  Then there was other issues I will put in the blog posts. So without further ado I shall write about the difficult move.  Fun stuff. Then get us back on track for the weekly writing challenge.

Week of Feb 19 - 25. I did two blog post for this blog.  I started a Blog for my Diligent Writers Group, plus posted the first blog post and set it up.  I did two creative plot line for my Fiction Writers Workshop, and did some revisions on a work in progress.  Click here to find out more about both The Diligent Writers Group and The Fiction Writer Workshop.  The-Diligent-Writers-Critiquing-Group
I also ordered two books on writers groups and how to make them successful.  I also ordered a book on outlining.

What is your weekly challenge? Did you do more or less than you intended?
